Spring Check
  1. Check refrigerant temperatures
      and pressures for proper levels.
  2. Measure compressor amp draw.
  3. Test high voltage out door
      disconnect box.
  4. Inspect and tighten high voltage
      connections.
  5. Level and calibrate the thermostat.
  6. Inspect refrigerant fitting for leaks.
  7. Lubricate indoor and outdoor 
      motors.
  8. Check wiring at furnace for loose
      connections.
  9. Tighten blower bolts and  
     connections.
10. Inspect and clean or replace air
      filter.
11. Inspect and adjust blower belt
      if applicable.
12. Inspect condensate to ensure drain
      is clear.
13. Test temperature split between
      return and supply ducts.
14. Check clearance around condenser
      to protect it from trees and shrubs.
15. Clean condenser coil.
16. Scrub condenser surface.
17. Tighten screws on condenser and
      check balance.
18. Check compressor noise level.
19.  Inspect breaker for condensing
       unit.
20. Tighten refrigerant access fittings.
21. Visually inspect inside ducting for
      dirt or mold.
22. Inspect ducting and fittings for air

  1. Inspect gas valve for corrosion, 
     leaks, restriction of gas flow,
     and abnormal noise.
  2. Inspect pilot/safety/
     thermocouple/ spark igniter.
  3. Inspect combustion.
  4. Check high limit control.
  5. Lubricate blower motor.
  6. Check air filter system.
  7. Clean and service gas burner.
  8. Clean and service pilot light.
  9. Check flame baffle.
10.Check for presents of carbon
     monoxide.
11. Check fan control.
12. Check temperature rise.
13. Check burner air adjustment
      for proper mix of air and gas.
14. Inspect flue for venting                
      obstructions.
15. Inspect wiring assembly and
      tighten loose connections.
16. Check thermostat heat
       anticipator.
17. Check for gas leaks around
      connections.
18. Inspect for visible signs of duct
