Bob graduated top of his class at ATI in 1983. He joined an air conditioning company as a technician but when Carrollton Air Conditioning, Inc. started up and he was asked to come aboard, he couldn't pass up the opportunity. He learned the HVAC business from the ground up and in 1991, he took over as service manager and worked up to President. When the CEO retired in 2001, Bob purchased Carrollton Air Conditioning, Inc. and the rest is history.
Bob's willingness to get the job done right and reputation for focusing on the customer's specific needs, and commitment to excellence, shows how much he cares for his customers.
In addition, Bob has been married for 51 years and lives on a horse ranch where they show reining horses. He has been a longtime member of the Shriners, an international organization who specifically helps children through their hospitals burn units and the Shriners circus. He has also been a reserve Deputy Sheriff for many years. He spends many hours showing homeowners how to set up crime watches in their neighborhoods and also fingerprints children for identification purposes.

Prior to starting at Carrollton Air Conditioning, Inc. as temporary help in 1990, Donna served as an executive secretary for the Director of Women & Children Services at Parkland Hospital. She obtained her Texas real estate license and worked for the top REO Broker for Henry S. Miller, now owned by Coldwell Banker. When Bob took over the business, Donna took on an even greater responsibility as Bob's "right-hand-man". Together, they are Carrollton Air Conditioning, Inc!
While Bob works with the technicians and customers, Donna keeps track of all accounting, collections and contracts.
They have been married for 51 years and have two daughters and four grandchildren.
Donnas' love for horses, culminated from childhood, has directed their lives toward raising horses and showing, with reining horses at the top of the list. You may find Donna in jeans and boots or dresses and heels, whatever the day calls for.
Tara started with Carrollton Air Conditioning, Inc. in 2007 joining our team with several years of dispatch and customer service experience in the HVAC industry. She currently serves as our Service Coordinator working closely with our technicians to ensure our customers receive prompt and reliable service. She also collects the pertinent information necessary to provide quotes, orders and delivers parts and over sees the inventory to make sure any equipment required for your job is available when it’s needed.
Tara is a wife and mother of 2 children. She enjoys outdoor activities, being at the lake and most of all family time.
